Lactophilia is a paraphilia associated with breast feeding and the milk produced through breast feeding.

What is Lactophilia?

A strong sexual interest can arise in some people when they experience breast feeding, especially in later life. This isn’t linked with any interest in children or sexual desire for infants. The sexual attraction can be received by women who are producing milk and by a partner who drinks the milk. The sexual feeling can come from any part of the lactation process and differs from person to person.

It is common in Lactophilia for women to feel increased sexual arousal from the stimulation in their nipples whilst producing milk. This can be from the feeling of enlarged nipples, the increased sensations or by extra stimulation given by a partner.

Lactophilia can develop after a pregnancy or in some cases be artificially initiated. By constant stimulation a woman can produce milk without giving birth or falling pregnant.
